Hi team,
I'm hoping to return the Rosie Ruffle Playsuit from order WD-12307. I'm a bit past the normal window, but I've ordered with you quite a few times before and wasn't sure whether repeat customers are ever treated any differently.
Could you please let me know whether there's any extra flexibility here for a regular customer, or whether the standard window is the only rule that applies?
