Wrong size in my order

Hi there,
I just opened my parcel and the size is wrong. Here's what happened:
- I ordered the Rosalie Birthday Tulle Dress in size 5
- The dress that arrived is a size 3
- The packing slip inside the box says size 5
So it looks like the wrong one was put in the box. Order number is WD-12313.
What do I need to do to get the right one?
