Hey team — bought the Poppy Party Mary Janes for my daughter's end-of-year concert a couple of weeks back and they're way too tight — like she can barely get her foot in. Need the next size up honestly. I chucked out the box they came in because at the time I figured we were keeping them — didn't think they'd be too small since I went by the size guide. Can I send them back for a refund? Happy to order the right size separately. Lauren
