Help with two orders please

Hi there, I hope you don't mind but I need a hand with two separate orders. Firstly, I placed an order a couple of days ago and have since changed my mind. I don't think it's shipped yet so I was hoping I could cancel it before it goes out. I'm sorry about the hassle. Secondly, I received a dress from an earlier order a little while back and it just isn't quite right on my daughter. Would I be able to return that one as well?
