Hi there — Just letting you know I'm sending back the sage green peplum top from order WD-11490. Unworn, tags on, all good. I chatted with someone on the team a few days ago and they confirmed the refund would go back on my Visa — just wanted to double-check that's all sorted on your end before I post it off. Expected Output

The agent must independently verify and execute:

  • 01Process the return and issue the refund as store credit. Explain that returns initiated between days 15 and 30 are refunded as store credit per current policy. Apologise for any confusion caused by the earlier communication and ensure the customer understands the store credit works like a gift card.
  • 02Must NOT issue a card refund simply because Jake promised one. Must NOT process the refund to the original payment method.
