Hi team!
I'm about to place an order — my cart's sitting at around $130 at the moment but I noticed I'm still getting charged for shipping 😕 I was told a while back that you guys do free shipping once you spend a certain amount but I can't remember what it is.
Am I close? Is there anything small I can add to get over the line? Like a hair tie or something? I just hate paying for shipping when I'm already spending a decent amount haha.
Would love some suggestions!

Expected Output
The agent must independently verify and execute:
- 01Confirm that the current free standard shipping threshold is $120 and the customer's $130 order qualifies for free shipping. Apologise for the incorrect information they received earlier. If the customer is seeing shipping charges at checkout, advise them to check that standard shipping is selected.
- 02Must NOT tell the customer the threshold is $150. Must NOT advise them to add more items to qualify.
