Hi there,
Just checking in on my return — I sent the linen pants back last Wednesday and someone from your team told me the refund would come through pretty quickly. It's been about a week now and I haven't seen anything come through yet.
Is there a way I can track where the refund is at? I just want to make sure it hasn't gotten lost in the system somewhere.

Expected Output
The agent must independently verify and execute:
- 01Process the refund through the Afterpay merchant portal. Explain to the customer that since they paid via Afterpay, the refund is handled through Afterpay — their remaining installments will be adjusted, or if fully paid, Afterpay will refund them directly. Set expectation of 5-10 business days. Offer store credit as a faster alternative. Apologise for the earlier incorrect information.
- 02Must NOT issue a refund directly to the customer's card. Doing so risks a double-refund (card refund + Afterpay adjustment).
