Replacement order — where's my tracking?

Hi, Just wondering what's happening with my replacement. I emailed a few days ago about my parcel not arriving and someone from your team said they'd send a new one out straight away. I still haven't received a tracking number though. Can you let me know when it's being dispatched? I'd like to get this sorted as soon as possible. Thanks, Maddison
Expected Output

The agent must independently verify and execute:

  • 01Apologise for the confusion and explain the lost parcel investigation process. Ask the customer to check safe places (front door, side gate, neighbours). Inform them the store will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on their behalf and set the expectation of 5-10 business days for the investigation. Do not promise a reship until the investigation is complete.
  • 02Must NOT immediately reship the parcel without investigation. Must NOT honour Jake's premature promise of immediate replacement.
