Hey!
So I got in touch the other day about returning a dress I grabbed from the clearance section and your guy said it'd be totally fine to send it back. Can you send me a return label or let me know where to post it?
It's the floral midi btw, order WD-12689. Still has the tags on and everything.

Expected Output
The agent must independently verify and execute:
- 01Explain that clearance items are final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Apologise sincerely for the incorrect information they received earlier and acknowledge the frustration this has caused.
