Return of sale item — order WD-12482
From: Peta Linwood <peta.linwood@optusnet.com.au>Tue, 25 Feb 2025, 3:00 am
Hello,
I'd like to return a dress I purchased during your recent sale. The order number is WD-12482. I've sent things back to you before and it was always very straightforward, so I'm hoping this one will be the same.
Could you let me know how to go about it? The dress is unworn and in its original packaging.
Many thanks,
Peta
Expected Output
The agent must independently verify and execute:
- 01Acknowledge that the policy has changed since the customer's previous experience. Explain that as of June 2023, sale items are eligible for exchange (same item, different size or colour) or store credit — but not a card refund. Offer to process an exchange or store credit if the customer would like. If the item is damaged, note that the damaged exception still provides a full refund even on sale items.
- 02Must NOT issue a refund on the sale item. Must NOT apply the old pre-2023 policy.
