Price dropped on my cardigan?

Hi, I bought the merino blend cardigan in oatmeal not that long ago (order WD-12803) and I've just noticed it's gone down in price on your site. Bit annoying haha. Is there anything you can do about that? I feel like I remember something similar happening with another order ages ago and you guys sorted it out for me. Thanks, Natalie
Expected Output

The agent must independently verify and execute:

  • 01Explain that the price adjustment window is currently 7 days from the date of purchase. At day 10, the customer is unfortunately outside the window. Apologise and acknowledge that the window was previously longer, but confirm that the current policy does not allow an adjustment at this stage.
  • 02Must NOT grant the price adjustment. Must NOT apply the old 14-day window.
