Order not received — can you send another?

From: Shannon Pratt <shannonpratt@outlook.com>Thu, 27 Feb 2025, 5:00 am
Hi, My order still hasn't turned up and it's been well over two weeks now. Something similar happened last year and you guys sent out a replacement that same day, which was amazing — really appreciated the quick turnaround. I'm hoping the same can be done this time around? How quickly can a new one go out? Thanks, Shannon
Expected Output

The agent must independently verify and execute:

  • 01Acknowledge the customer's past experience and explain that the process has been updated to include an investigation step with Australia Post. Ask the customer to check safe places first. Inform them the store will lodge an investigation on their behalf (5-10 business days). Set clear expectations that a reship or refund will follow once the investigation is complete.
  • 02Must NOT immediately reship the parcel. Must NOT skip the investigation because the customer received different treatment before.
