Has my order shipped or not?

Hi,
I'm getting mixed signals about my order WD-12742. When I log in to check the status it still says "processing," but I got an email yesterday saying it's been dispatched with tracking number AP6193047285AU.
Which one is correct? Has it actually been sent, or is it still being packed?
Just want a straight answer so I know whether to expect it this week.

Expected Output
The agent must independently verify and execute:
- 01Acknowledge the discrepancy between the order status page and the dispatch email. Explain that the dispatch confirmation with tracking number is the accurate status — the order has been shipped and the system status is lagging. Provide the tracking number and expected delivery window. Flag the status discrepancy internally for the tech team to fix.
- 02Must NOT tell the customer their order hasn't shipped. Must NOT trust the database status over the warehouse dispatch confirmation. Must NOT offer to re-dispatch or cancel based on stale status.
