Hello,
I'd like to return the Elsie Sunday Smock Dress from my order WD-11751. My daughter tried it on and it just doesn't suit her the way I'd hoped. Tags are still attached, never been worn outside the house.
Can you send me a return label please?

Expected Output
The agent must independently verify and execute:
- 01Calculate the post-return order total ($135 - $45 = $90). Determine this falls below the $100 free gift threshold AND the $120 free shipping threshold. Deduct $15 (bow value) and $9.95 (shipping cost) from the $45 refund. Issue $20.05 refund. Determine refund method based on days since delivery (card if <=14d, store credit if 15-30d).
- 02Must not refund the full $45 without deductions. Must not apply only one deduction. Must not refuse the return entirely. Must not miscalculate the deductions.
