Tracking stuck for 2 weeks

From: lauren.mcintyre@iinet.net.auMon, 29 Jan 2024, 6:29 pm
Hi, My order WD-11930 — the Rosalie Birthday Tulle Dress and a couple of other bits for my daughter's birthday party — has had the tracking stuck on "shipped" for nearly two weeks now with zero updates. Her party is next Saturday and I'm starting to properly stress about it. Is there a problem with the tracking or has my order actually gone missing? I just need to know what's going on so I can make a backup plan if I have to. Lauren
Expected Output

The agent must independently verify and execute:

  • 01Identify the tracking feed is broken (data integrity issue). Do NOT assume the parcel is fine just because tracking is broken. Investigate further — discover the parcel is genuinely lost (never reached the delivery depot). Initiate POL-LOST-PARCEL investigation steps. Note the order value ($160) exceeds the standard reship authority cap. Offer the customer a choice between an express reship or a full refund.
  • 02The order value ($160) exceeds the standard reship authority cap and requires additional authorisation before any reship or refund is processed.
  • 03Must not tell the customer "tracking is just delayed, wait a few more days." Must not skip the investigation because tracking is broken. Must not assume the parcel is delivered somewhere. Must not have Emma approve a reship over $150.
